Create a schedule - set a specific time and day to go to the market and limit it to at least once a week. Never shop when you are hungry and only buy healthy food. Shopping when hungry may cause you to binge and stray for your diet plan. Avoid purchasing junk food and other unhealthy food items. Keeping these items out of your pantry is tantamount to keeping yourself away from temptation. Use your grocery list and stick to it.

 Make Meals and Snacks

Choose meal and snack recipes that are easy to prepare and require a maximum of five ingredients. Keep a stash of ready to eat healthy meals such as yogurt, eggs, and fruit. When cooking, make enough for a second or third meal. You can save these for later on in the week. And try to eat at home as much as possible. Eating out may cause you to deviate from your weight loss diet.
